Turn Up On The Day Tours
If you decide to turn up on the day for a tour then the cost of a standard tour are:
Adults over 16: £10
Children under 15 and under: FREE
Senior Citizens: £5
Those with mobility impairment, physical or learning disability: £5 with the Carer going FREE
Premium & Standard Tour Packages
You can choose from the following partial orientation tour guiding packages:

Complete Orientation Packages
You can choose from the following complete packages which includes the full orientation, safety, chaperoning, english etiquette and tour guiding elements:

a single monthly booking of eighty (80) personalized hours to be used within a twenty-eight (28) day period (with the equivalent of one week free when compared to 7 day booking)

Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package(s) must be paid upon booking confirmation. Full payment must be made prior to the beginning of the booking.
London Orient accepts Paypal payments and offline bank transfers upon request.

What happens when you book a partial package with London Orient:
A London Orient representative will be allocated to you for the duration of your package. You will receive an email confirming your booking and deposit and payment options. Full payment for your package must be received prior to your booking. Your representative will request further information about what you expect to experience for your Premium Tour Guiding or English Etiquette and Language pass. Your representative will also take certain personal details for your safety. These can include personal and family contact information and basic medical details depending on the package purchased. This information is protected under the Data Protection Act of 1998. Personal information will NOT be kept beyond your booking unless otherwise agreed.
What happens when you book a complete package with London Orient:
A London Orient representative will be allocated to you for the duration of your stay in London. You will receive an email from your representative confirming your booking and deposit payment options. Your representatve will request further travel details from you in the form of a tourist purpose questionnaire. This is to help your representative prepare your booking before you arrive in London. Your representative will also take certain personal details for your safety. These will include personal and family contact information and basic medical details. This information is protected under the Data Protection Act of 1998. Personal information will NOT be kept beyond your booking unless otherwise agreed.
